This weekend

Well, three weeks to go before baby 2 arrives.  We are all getting very exciting and Krysti is understandably pretty keen to get things underway.  Krysti does get tired much more easily now and I think she is incredibly good and unbelievably patient with MJ given how she must be feeling.

 

We now have a fax machine at home so anyone wanting to fax us anything can do so.  The fax is on the same number as our normal phone since the new fax also has a built-in answering machine. The answering machine should kick in after 6 or so rings.  If you want to send a fax you can do so whenever...

 

During the week we ordered a Mitsubishi Inverter split system aircon for the front room.  It should be installed in the next couple of weeks.  While it hasn't gotten super hot just yet, we figure that we need to have somewhere we can retreat to (and sleep!) on those hot days that we are sure to have this summer.

 

We have a bobcat dude coming this week to look at scraping the block to get it level and get rid of some of the rubbish dirt that we have so that we can fill it up with topsoil.  The bobcat guy also does paved edging so we'll prob get him to quote on that too as well as prob getting a quote from a KwikKerb guy for comparison.

 

Incidentally, you will see the Google ads above.  They are part of Google's Adsense program.  I thought I'd sign up to see if I can raise a few bucks on the side...I think I have about $0.03 earnings so far so it ain't gonna make us rich.  I'm trying to think up an idea for another site which my draw a heap of traffic in the hope of possibly making some money on advertising.  It requires a lot of visitors to do well.  Anyhoo,  please click on the ads if there is anything of interest..ta.
