We had our 30 week checkup this morning and everything appears to be progressing well.
Baby is very active, possibly due to the amount of chocolate I consume. Luckily I haven't got gestational diabetes this pregnancy although John frequently points out, that is no excuse. I should still be eating healthily, but it is hard especially when I am at home all day.
MJ has been being a really good boy lately, fingers crossed, I think he may have gotten over his continual sickness from being in childcare.
He is speaking so well, and has a great memory. Everyday he says the cutest things, he is so adorable. He watches a lot of Blues Clues and loves The Wiggles, Hi-5 and Dora the Explorer. His latest sayings are '1 2 Wake Up Jeff' and 'Mail time Mail time Mail time' and 'Handy Dandy Notebook'.
I think he really enjoys childcare now. They do lots of exciting activities. Last week he went on his first excursion, which was going on a bus which went through a car wash and drove them around a little. Apparently all the kids enjoyed themselves a lot.
I have 4 more weeks left of work. Which is great for me, but not for my workmates, as there is heaps on at the moment, they are really understaffed already.
We, or rather John is slowly getting little jobs around the house done. I would be more help if it wasn't for the rather large belly I have. Now the really big job is the landscaping. It would be easier if either of us could think of a plan or design we could use. I am all for using a professional to save time and hassle, but John is adamant on doing it himself. We will see what happens.
It will be nice to get some grass down, so that MJ can play outside. I want to get him a swing set and maybe a trampoline. He enjoys bouncing on the bed.
