Jessie can crawl...

Our big news is that Jessie can now crawl around the place. She seems really pleased with herself and has pretty much got the regular crawling action down pat after lots of ambling around the house quite awkwardly. She has very strong arms and legs and supports herself really well. Today she was also able to pull her self up so that she is standing against the couch, but she's not very stable.

Everyone has been much better over the last week. MJ is more back to his normal self and Jessie is much happier too. Krys and I have been fine too.

We are off up to the Gold Coast for a couple of weeks from next Wednesday (9 Aug) to spend some time with Lani, Paul and the kids, and for a bit of time away from work. We're off to to Sydney on Wednesday AM and I'll drop Krys and the kids off at the airport for 12 and then I'm driving the rest of the way on my own. Luckily I have the iPod and a bif stack of podcasts to listen to, to while away the hours. We need our own transport while we are there and I'm too cheap to hire a car.

I'm making some slight progress on some of the ventures I mentioned last post. I've registered a bunch of domain names and will be launching my web design site - Links'n'Pages soon. Krysti is having a go at selling some stuff on eBay too. I've also partnered up with a guy in the States to run a blog on tech news and stories - take a look at www.techscraper.com , and if you feel so inclined, click a few of the ad links... ;-)
